Fixed Services

The Fixed Services component of your program is designed to provide you with immediate transition assistance relating to your change situation. In the Assessment phase, your Case Manager will support you in identifying your individual life and career requirements. You will retain the same Case Manager for your entire Life and Career Program so you can plan and set long-term objectives with consistent support. The final stage of Fixed Services assists you and your Case Manager in selecting the appropriate Life and Career Discretionary Services modules to match your desired outcomes.

You will have one-on-one meetings with your Case Manager to tailor an approach that suits you. For regional participants, you will have telephone and email access to your Case Manager, and your assessment exercises are accessible online.

During the Fixed Services component you and your Case Manager will:

Assess any immediate needs related to your financial and emotional wellbeing
Discuss the Life and Career transition framework and discretionary services
Work through online assessment tools including life balance review, career drivers, skills sort and your values
Identify a desired outcome using the online assessment tools and resources
Choose discretionary service modules to match your desired outcome
Agree an action plan with you including your choice of discretionary modules
Work together as you move into the discretionary services menu phase
